There are few sport clubs in Razanj municipality.
“Bukovik” football club from Razanj and “Polet” football club from Vitosevac are members of county league.
“Mladost” karate club is founded in 1985 with headquarters in Razanj and sections in Smilovac and Vitosevac. Podgorac section used to work earlier. Club has about 70 members who gained good results at numerous competitions.
In 1992, member of this club Dejan Markovic won first place at state championship.
During 2004, members of club won about 100 medals. At state championship of 2005 two second places were won.

In it’s 20 year long history, club has taught 749 students:
- yellow belt 248,
- orange belt 187,
- green belt 136,
- blue belt 107,
- brown belt 56,
- black belt with master title 15.

Zika Simic has been practicing karate for 35 years and has black belt of IV degree. He is coach since 1982 and in this particular club since 1985. For successful club seasons he was given certificates of merit in 1990, 1997 and 2003 by local authorities.
