Executive power in municipality has President of municipality. He is elected by citizens every four years. He mustn’t be member of municipality council.   
President of municipality represents municipality, fulfills and takes care of fulfilling of decisions made by municipality assembly, proposes decisions and other documents made by assembly, directs work of municipality management, proposes appointment and releasing municipality management heads,…
PRESIDENT OF RAZANJ MUNICIPALITY is Mister Dobrica Stojkovic. He was born on 17th of September 1961 in Varos. He finished elementary school in Razanj and Grammar school in Aleksinac. He finished technical college for forestry. He work as hunting area manager in “Bukovik” hunting club. He isn’t married and lives in Varos.

Municipality president’s deputy is appointed and released by the president of municipality approval of municipality assembly. Deputy replaces president of municipality in case he’s absent or thwarted to fulfill his duty. End of presidential mandate means end of deputy’s mandate.

Municipality Razanj president’s deputy is Mister Sasa Milosavljevic. He was born on 29th of August 1971 in Cuprija. He finished elementary school in Skorica and Novi Bracin and high school for traffic. He owns restaurant “Evropa” in Pojate. Is married and father of one child.  He lives in Skorica.


For performing of affairs municipality can hire a manager. Decision of appointment of manager is made by Assembly on president’s proposal.
Contract that establishes conditions and ways of using favors of manager is concluded by president and manager.
Manager proposes projects that urge economic development, satisfy requirements of citizens and provide protection of the environment, urges enterprising and making of public-private partnerships, urges investments, proposes changing of regulations that can slow down business initiatives.

Manager of Raznj municipality is Dragisa Todorovic, Master of Science in metallurgic sciences.
He was born on June, 9, 1952 in Crni Kal. He finished elementary school in Razanj and grammar school in Paracin. He got his degree on Technological metallurgic faculty, University of Belgrade, where he got his Master of Science title. He worked as director of LOM “14. Oktobar” in Razanj, from 1980 to1986 and from 1990 to 1992. From 1986 to 1990 was president of Razanj municipality. As professor of chemical-technological college he works since 1976. He is married and father of two children. He lives in Razanj.
